I saw a lot of videos on Insulet's omnipod before my interview (this video is one of them) and now I'll be interning at Insulet this fall. I look forward to contribute to the innovative projects at the Insulet Corporation.

Always fascinating to see robots building whatever. Marvel at the precision of the placement needed for assembly. Also need to consider that all the separate components pins and connectors have to be in the right place as well for the robots to assemble them. Would be interesting to know what percentage don't pass testing. One a minute could had up to a bunch of no good pumps in short order if something goes out of tolerance. Good video.

Thank you for some behind the scenes footage and allowing us to see how our life saving devices are made. I wish they could have built their new plant in the US.

Did you get to ask the executive about the iOS app?

interesting, but certain parts felt like they were scripted by omnipod (like when you pointed out that they put solar panels on their roof). would love to see a more critical approach, comparing the omnipod's features against other pumps etc. so that the audience has a better picture of which pump to go for. production quality is great, though!

Thank you!! Nope, wasn’t scripted by them haha but I feel ya! Hahaha I def have more content coming comparing pumps available ;)

I left Tandem 2 weeks ago and switched to Omnipod 5 and could not get happier. No constant alarms constantly going off. I can use my arms. I will never go back to Tandem. Shame on them for their lack of development. The mobi is not tubeless. Tandem will not have tubeless until 2027. Also Tandem as about 3 Billion in assets which compared to Insolet which I believe is around 18 billion. Medtronic is around 72 billion. These numbers are estimates. Tandem is betting on the X3 and the mobi to bring their stocks back. Imagine creating a pump that alerts you, then keeps alerting after you shut the alert.
Has the x2 for about 6 years now and they wanted me to upgrade to the same pump then spend another 700 to 1000 dollars to upgrade early.

only thing stopping me is there not being an ios app and not yet compatible with G7. It's beyond me why its taking this long for both. The companies just continue to dodge the questions and give indirect answers that never actually answer the questions.
