Thor buster was never actually required since Thor never fought Iron Man. Endo-Sym armor could only be found in what if, due to the endo-sym armor existing only because of Evil Tony.
Endo sym should be 2nd or 3rd. It’s more powerful than bleeding edge. And despite 51 claiming to be more powerful, its power output was nowhere near the 50. It never demonstrated feats anywhere close. 50 also had a war machine/hulk buster mode where more material could be added to increase size, and add extra weapons. The 50s repulsors also could hurt energy absorbing metas by having a power output so high
