It's clunky and big. It's made to withstand hits but is susceptible to someone or something more agile than it. The hulk buster isn't indestructible (You can see it was penetrated by a streetlight pole in Age of Ultron) The hulk buster is a great suit for brute strength but has alot of problems with it that brute strength won't solve. The hulkbuster suit also would've got ripped to shreds by Ultron's Drones because of their agility and their numbers

Man it really was a great character arc for Tony/RDJ in the MCU. His ending made me cry, and it was beautiful the way he redeemed himself. That's one of the few things I care about from the mcu. If they never continued the mcu I would be fine, I was more than satisfied with the story of Iron Man.
The terminator text is for us the audience, to give us a visual cue of what goes on in the terminator's head or cpu. It's like playing a game with the frame rates and processing speed showing, the console doesn't need that info, you do to see what's going on in the console.

99% of those suits could't exist in real life. Especially the blossoming from nothing helmets and suits from Iron Man 2. Computer programmers, also like to recylce programs very often because you only need to make a really good "look at things" program once, and then just make progressively better interpreters for that "look at things" program, so maybe Skynet took a page out of the human playbook. Really the issue is that it's in English of all languages, which is slightly reasonable given Terminators are made by Skynet, an American AI Defense system. The fact that its legible english and not using some weird messed up program generated language that's a billion times more efficient in transferring data, because AI's, and is by far the more egregious offense.

Considering tony got a drop of blood from thanos and hulk didn’t I would say that nano armor is above hulk buster levels. He also didn’t get knocked out so tony himself is more resilient than the hulk. The first avengers movie his armor kept up with Thor who took a beating from hulk so that armor set was near hulk beating levels.
When fighting the heroes banner was trying to pull hulks punches basically I'm sure or atleast hulk could say it's banners fault for interfering etc. Thanos I'm sure they were both in it for that fight
