If I have the choice, I'd pick Sci-Fi over Fantasy almost any time. But just for a bit of change I don't mind some Fantasy setting.

I had D100 Dungeon out this week and was looking for a similar space themed game, and I didn't even know this was coming out today. I'll have it downloaded shortly. Knight has made some top-tier, old-school games.

Rob, I'm really diggin the review. I am super excited about the Sunday play through. It would really help if you scheduled your videos in CZcams, and made it @ or after 11am EST on the weekends. I hate missing your live streams cuz I'm sleeping off a hangover. Looking forward to it always.
its kind of tough cause i hope to do it sunday but sometimes life gets in the way so i don't schedule stuff
D100 Dungeon was great, Sci-Fi is were I'm at, D100 Space ticks all the boxes' can't wait to get my hands on this, cheers Rob, nice Review, now I have to smash my Piggy Bank, LoL. Yeah and every RPG got to have Rat's, even in SPACE 🤔

Ordered the hardcover this morning, trying to learn the system (never played Dungeon, fantasy isn't my thing). But of course I'm a completionist when it comes to solo games, so I just ordered all the accessories on Game Crafter. I'm looking forward to learning to play and giving it a try!

Oh my god. I was hoping that this might happen someday, and it looks like more than i have hoped. Christmas comes early this year. This might be the solo game i will get all the expansions for. :)

The book is phenomenal. Reading through it, you can tell Martin took all the best parts and tweaks from D100 Dungeon over the years and made a more extensive product. I'm impressed with it.

Whenever Martin gets to the World Builder expansion (Universe Builder?), I hope he gets away from mapping things out on a grid. I would like to see it more free form, where you draw a star, some planets orbiting the star, and moons orbiting the planets. Maybe stray comets, wormholes, and space stations. But you end up with everything drawn in orbits, and you move to different points-of-interest relative to each other, and stop it from being so “mathy”. And when you’re done with your campaign, it would be a sprawling, artistic, expanse of orbits.
Let’s see what he does with it

@@jonathana6298 - I ordered some DTRPG PoD stuff a few months ago and got a similar delivery estimation. It wasn't that long, maybe around 2 weeks. That's not to say it won't be that long, just that they're probably guessing long in case of material delays. Which has probably happened recently, requiring that delivery time estimate change.

His website already mentions the “mapping game” and “game tracker “ equivalents - I assume Ben is referring to those ….. as a fellow Brit I also wish there was a UK alternative, but Martin should know he’s already got my money for those even with gamecrafter ;-)
