In this video I make 15 leather covered pocket note books using simple techniques. I do use a few vintage book binding machines but all of the cutting can be accomplished with a razor and a straight edge!

A Kingsley Machine! I used to have one for marking wire. Type was curved, different sizes for different gauges. Had blocks to hold the wire in place. Similar if not same machine. Cloth covered two conductor wiring (no ground wire). Gave it to a friend that had a use for it after it sat unused for several years.
    Great channel!!

Setting up the type reminded me of 9 th grade print shop and setting pica . We had kids who were "rats" in the class , so we would wait for them to put the last letter in the print set up then we would " accidently " bump into the tray spilling type all over the floor. They would quickly change their ways .
Nobody likes a RAT , Snitches get stitches. Anyway great little book there , Pocket sized and available when that GREAT idea hits you. Stay well Taylor , Willie and you my brother
