Not a summoner support specifically, but I think Koko buffs Cecia's summon and I believe it works for Florabelle's summons

She is not a summon support, she doesn't work well with cecia, the reason is faction bonus... cecia needs rowan and rowan/cecia/flor are 3 different factions it will make u use thoran with carolina or granny with damian/leafgirl/eiron to have the faction bonus.
She is a better cecia so just use the same comp that u use with cecia but change cecia for flor (as long as you don't sacrifice faction bonus)
Conclusion she is not a f2p friendly since she basically does what cecai does slightly better (on longer fight, basically bosses) and cecia is way easier to max out without the need of spending that much resorces. She is to min max your account basically
