this helped alot today! I was extremely stressed (to the point I was about to cry at least four times) from a couple classes, I'm failing in said classes and it is my senior year. and these classes are ones I and already retaking. the one thing that makes it worse I'd that I have no motivation.... but I'm trying to get through right now and this calmed me.

ALWAYS love your head scratching videos! 😪 I seem to get the most continuous tingles when you scratch both sides at a steady, medium-paced more forceful scratch instead of extremely soft, hands on-and-off scratches, if that makes sense.
