Using the Ghosting System to pass THROUGH cars 👻 (Gran Turismo 7)

In this video, we take a quick look at Gran Turismo 7's ghosting system. While it works as intended in most scenarios, there is one track where the ghosting system is a bit too strong (if enabled). Because of this, it allows for scenarios where you can overtake opponents by going through them!

it is the most stupid thing for A+ lobbies. I entered nations cup last week and someone passed me using ghosting how can I defence against it... Moreover, in the corner exit we were really close, after we unghosted somehow it spinned my car. I will never ever enter any race with ghosting enabled...

If you see someone trying to cheese the ghosting system at LeMans, you can try to reposition your car so that you two separate, unghosting each other.
Yeah, that's where it can get dangerous.
Sport Mode races always have Ghosting on Strong, sooo... 😬
It's only LeMans where the ghosting system is unusually stronger.

So we can't defend in the corners ? This is NONSENSE from GT7 , it should be work only in slipping not all the race

Only if the ghosted cars stay inside each other. It's easier to do this in lap 1 since everyone is bunched up, but it becomes harder to pull off laps 2 and onwards.
This also requires a bit of coordination, as it's easy for someone to move aside and get unghosted.

I've heard that was patched a while ago, but not 100% sure... I remember that being a way to survive Monza Lap 1, Turn 1. 😂
