- This composition is dominated by textures I created from various melodic sequences. In combination with the soundscape they create, in my opinion, a particularly gloomy atmosphere.
A few words from the author: I dedicated this channel to the dark and dystopian side of ambient music. Here you will find such moods of ambient music as cinematic ambient music, dark ambient music, meditative ambient music, cyberpunk ambient music, sci-fi ambient music, futuristic ambient music. Most often in my compositions I use rain sounds, hypontic drones, deep soundscapes, and various synthesized sound effects. You can use my music as ambient music for sleep, ambient music for meditation, ambient music for reading, ambient music for studying and ambient music for work.

The factory is actually a psionic entity that is aware of its self and others. It does know why its factory, but it does know that it wants to be a ballerina in Russian theater. Of all people, how can you judge such a desire?

@@crazyedo9979They could be working on top secret supersuit projects an are using bacteria and viruses to actually do the construction, but something happens and some of the employees get infected. However their vast knowledge of them and with facility resources create micro control systems for each infected.
We all thought the factory was abandoned, same as every other major structure after the infection. When infrastructure collapsed, most places were left to rot or looted of anything of value. One day, one of our scouts noted that the light was on over the ramp to the loading bay area when it had been off before... if you stand at the base of the ramp, just past the chainlink fence, and listen real close, you'll hear sounds of the factory ticking over. Who's in there, or what they're doing, no one has an answer to yet. Probably best to steer clear and not think about it...
"You approach a lone, rundown factory. The light above the entrance dock is the only one on. It's hard to tell what this place manufactured before the cleansing war, since there's no sign confirming it. This place would be a good source of salvage, if there is any left, but there might be other survivors inside the factory with the same idea, and there's no telling on if sharing is something they're okay with."
Brutalism looks good in dreary climates. Dreary with a few spooky lights. Concrete finally blends with Nature.
Imagine walking in a city of pure brutalist architecture, gosh would give me the creeps.
I love Brutalist architecture! It's so cold, futuristic, bleak, imposing and authoritarian. I have no idea why that appeals to me but it does LOL
Power is usually still left on in abandoned structures to defend against mold, and deterioration. As if the building is on artificial life support.
"That building still has power? Jeez. I still remember our parents talking nonstop about the mass layoff and closing all those years ago, just before I moved out of state myself."
"They still have a guard patrol. It's to keep vandals at bay. Other than that, it's a husk waiting for a buyer. If you want to visit it to take photos sometime my cousin Matthew works the second shift. I bring him dinner once a week and we just chill on the 4th floor sky-bridge looking down at the lobby atrium while talking about Dungeons and Dragons or whatever."
It's as if the music knows me better than I know myself, peeling back the layers of my psyche with each passing note
my nothingness and loneliness becomes meaningful while listening to this piece of art.
What is very strange to me is that I get the sense I've seen these places already. In dreams perhaps.

the anomaly appeared last month..it resembled a large factory. What product it distributes is unknown..no workers have ever been sighted with in its vicinity. but the light at the front door is always on..and the structure is clearly operational. Strange sounds and a certen mental pressure have been reported by those who have dared to walk towards the large front door.

how about an abandoned hospital? like the one in Spain is called "Hospital del Torax" i used to hang out at night with my friends there as a kid, pretty creepy place, i imagine this music all night there

Hey ! I like the fact that the rain is less heavy than in the other videos, I personally think this mix is perfect!
As you walk in from the rainy, cold weather you are briefly warmed by a fire that is inside of a barrel next to the door. You glance around witnessing people work their lives away, staying warm from the foundry’s furnaces. You approach the desk to ask for directions, only to find out that whoever enters the building will never leave…you join the brotherhood of workers and begin laboring.
"What do you think they _used_ to make in there?"
I paused for a moment, as the faint echoes of the question were swallowed by the incessant patter of the rain. Try as I might, I couldn't dredge up enough memories of the Times Before to hazard a guess; even the skies themselves were nothing more than hazy, half-remembered images that I could easily dismiss as products of a dream. I let out a defeated sigh and tugged at the straps of my backpack, my fingers sliding across the wet fabric. "It doesn't matter," I replied. "All that comes out of there now is nightmares."

"An old place. It once served as a wartime factory in 2199. If I remember right, the machines it produced were the 'tens' as we called them. Technically model 0-1-0 multipurpose warfighting suits, they stood ten feet tall, armed with a dual 20mm chain gun on the right arm, and a medium-length flamethrower on the right. And two shoulder mounted micro-rocket pods. On occasion, you can still find the robotic carcasses with their deceased pilots rusting away in relatively unscathed locales of Earth's surface. However, due to their manufacturing being a result of new-age material processing, whatever degradation they have undergone has been minimal, and in wartime would've been considered easily repairable. Sometimes too, we find one that has a functioning hyper-matter core. Fuel cells capable of lasting up to 50 odd years without replenishment, somewhat similar to the nuclear fuel used in the previous century, but monumentally more efficient. Useful for conducting long-haul operations cross-continents. My apologies, but this journal log will have to end here, I see one of the mechanized husks running a backup sequence. I'll plug in the cables to the mobile station; might be good for information. I'll grab the corporal and we'll move eastbound to the factory barricades. Signing off"
This is the best one yet! You can clearly hear the ghosts of dead workers smashing their hammers against newly minted details down on the main hall of the factory while comfortably sleeping in the very top floor's dead factory manager's office. 😊😴🛌

A person is born in a factory, works and dies. He is the maintenance mechanism, and the fuel, and the material for recycling. We are the Factory. The machine records my speech, because my hands ground the millstones 30 years ago, when I became a part of this place responsible for the light. But there are also advantages - for the locals, I am something like a sun God. I decide when it will be day and when it will be night..."

I’m almost done reading Stephen King’s “The Stand” (uncut version, 1,153 pages), and this scene is how I imagine some of the places in the book.
I love the scenery, it tells many stories. I’m enjoying reading everyone’s ideas about it.
And I as well. There are quite a few talented Science Fiction Style writers in this comment section. They make this scene even more mysterious (if that's even possible.)

Lying in the shadows, I've observed the eerie ballet of drones, like bats in the night, autonomous transport trucks vanishing into the darkness. She spoke of coming here, that was six months ago. Promises of reunions were made, she lied. I swore not to pursue her, I lied. Our peculiar way in a world unmade.”

The art is actually somehow reminiscent of certain landscape drawings by Simon Stålenhag! Beautiful blend of art and music!
Just looked up Stålenhag, and I’ve immediately fallen in love with his work. Very reminiscent of a Polish artist named Zdzisław Beksinski, evocative of the feeling of walking through the ruins of a civilization you never knew, looking at machines you didn’t know the function of. A mix of curiosity, wistful nostalgia, and dread that’s kind of hard to put into words.

On first look, it appeared to be an abandoned, derelict structure, mysteriously shrouded in mist amidst a drizzle. On closer look, there is a light at the entrance, hinting at the activities that might be going on within. What dark secrets might this monolithic structure hold? Do we want to find out?
These many assorted Dystopian Story Lines are great. I really enjoy the individual creativity that each of the authors bring to the table. Each with their own "Odds Against Survival" underlayment.

Maybe I'll sound hot but I could swear your videos are making me more intelligent.
Shining through the fog, a single red light fixture illuminates the entrance of a structure so massive that it's backside is hidden by the mists. At first glance, one would reasonably presume this complex long abandoned. It's windows missing, rust stains racing down the cracked concrete walls, it clearly shows a building well worn yet now forgotten. Upon approaching the building, a cacophony of sounds becomes apparent. Workers grunting with effort, metal striking metal, creaking beams of steel bent under the weight of machinery. By all means this should not be possible, the building shows signs of clear neglect, no other light besides the entrance one illuminating it. Taking a step back and looking around, a slow uneasiness creeps in. Where are all the plants and animals? What should have been an overgrown mountain relic, surrounded by woods thick enough to blot out the sun, is instead surrounded by sheer rock faces and dust. How did this not occur to you before? Was it curiosity and awe blinding you? Or was something else, something unnatural, beckoning you closer? You could not care, and it did not matter. After all, what other choice would one have when faced with a structure so bizarre than to explore it? Whether curiosity or beast was calling, how could one ignore this call? Approaching the front door, stood beneath the red light, you grab hold of the rusted door handle and press down. The factory beckons all who wander. it did not build itself.

I bought this many years ago after much debate they said it was the highest grade self automated factory on the market I bought it before they left me the keys they said be aware this plate does things to ppl
First it was great had my bed my room my life set up as time went on this sound this music became ever louder n it pulled me into nostalgia into my past reliving the past before I knew it I spent years in here scrolling crying laughing reliving the old Facebook memories of people I don’t even see anymore then after actually going outside I see the world I knew ……is gone

who live in there and they aren't your
friendly sort of people either so beware
