100% of the channels you watch will never be in one app but this and Pluto get 40% of what I watch then thank god the good shows are getting to 20 years old now so they are coming to CZcams slowly but for free you will never get everything especially if you like Discovery's content.
Yes. I saw Scifi channel playing old movies. Modern marvels had a whole channel dedicated to the show. Old westerns. Local news. A lot of channels i would killed for as a child.
When you hook up your cable box to HDMI in the back of the TV, it will show up on your home screen and you need to navigate with the controller to that and just press the OK button and it will open that up now you may need to use a different controller to control your cable box once you get there
@ExlaxChronicles when I want to watch something like mtv or something it keeps asking for a code to put it in . It never save the code when I go back to the apps to watch something .it keeps saying subscription like I have to have cable for certain apps but when I did have cable it kept telling me the same thing . I call my cable provider they don’t know anything as well as Roku .
I bought the TV with Roku already in it and all I did was go to the app click on it and Bam free TV course you do have to have an Internet provider good luck thanks for watching

If you press the star button when you are directly on the channel number it should give you the ability to select your favorite channels.

its a great app for about 60% of the stuff you'd watch, you will never get 100% of the channels you watch in 1 app but with free you gotta expect it
True but there’s a couple other ones like Freevee and I think each station CBS NBC has live apps that you can download
Are there any channels like History, Discovery, SciFi, Science Channel?
Those are all proprietary channels that I believe HBO now owns where is part of the discovery group

I just bought my Roku tv but How do I get my tv to show cable tv on the home screen instead of live tv option ?

No you have to get that from your antenna and your TV but you would have to hook One up and then you can get all the local channels for free
