In healthcare, our first inclination is to focus on a patient’s clinical needs; however, it's important to address other factors that are integral to that individual’s health - including their family life, living conditions and frame of mind.
At Renown Health, we emphasize the importance of being present in the moment and opening our eyes to what is going on around us. We have recognized that we must care for the whole person - and not only focus on our patients’ physician needs, but for their emotional and spiritual needs as well. Whether it’s listening to someone’s story or being there to simply hold a hand, we must remember that even small actions can make a big difference in people’s lives.
