All of that food are so familiar to me because I grew up with a Filipino step-mom. Of course she can never replace my own biological mother but she really treated me like her own daughter. She always tried to share her Filipino culture with me and I appreciate it.

It has so many variants, so how it is pronounced really dont matter. Why make it such a big deal. No one even cares to follow the recipe. Why should minor change in pronounciation matter. You can call it Shesig or Ceaseseg, or Sizzig. It wont make much of a difference. So many Filipinos dont even know it was invented in Pampanga and no one in Pampanga will serve it with Mayonaise or Raw Egg.

Hi Bogs...nalilibang ako watching your volgs...i miss the good old days when i was working on base sa USMTM installation in Riyadh Saudi Arabia...i worked with Army & Air Force Exchange (AAFES)as a regional manager from 1989-2017 until middle of 2017.
We went home for vacation here in pinas, unfortunately my husband got ill here fue to community acquired pneumonia with toxic virus and passed away after short stayed in the hospital... we're on family Visa status kya I'm not able to go back to KSA with my job due to my visa status as my husband's dependent. Tried to move stateside last year but got cancelled due to pandemic...crap!
I'm enjoying your vlogs and miss life on base interacting with all US military service men and women whom I got friends with and some i treated them as children like...they all call Mama Jean and i really enjoyed the military life with them... I'm still wishing someday, sometime, somehow... i could go back again... I'm a senior citizen now and im really missing the Good old days in the military base.
May God bless your food business and hope for the BEST! I'm one of your subscribers😊💕👍💗😍

Sir you have the attitude and personality of a youtube star.
    May future tong channel nato.

It's indeed hard when the meat of the sisig is separated, hard to choose which one to pick. That sisig combo looks REALLY TASTY. I also wonder how the pricing works in most businesses, especially like this food truck where you need to consider fuel and storage space inside the truck.
