Tips / Notes
- [x] No need to come super early. 15 minutes before your schedule is more than okay. You will not be admitted anyway before your scheduled time.

- [x] Wear a dress/shorts on the 2nd day for immunization; I had 5 shots (2 each arm and 1 on my thigh)
- [x] During the physical exam you will be asked to take off your clothes except your bra and panty.

No, there’s no interval requirement between medical and visa appointment.

Ho po! Medical is valid for 6 months I believe. I don’t know about that 2 weeks.
Hi! My medical is on the 1st week of November. I did watch another video from someone else yesterday though her video was 5months ago so there was a little difference with her process compared to yours.
Just wondering if they asked for your BABY IMMUNIZATION RECORDS? Like literally your BABY BOOK or was the only vaccine record they asked were your Covid vaccines?

Hi! Thank you. I book the interview before receiving the NVC letter. The gap was a month between case created at NVC and my interview. Enough time for my case to be ready as well as the letter. 😊

I received an instruction from USEM but it was not a requirement for my case. Never hiningi. Only the K1-FTP or NVC Welcome Letter.

Hi, thank you for the information. I have a question. My fiance lives in Mindanao in the Philippines and will need to travel to Manila for the medical exam and the interview. Before we schedule both, I would like to understand if a week-long trip can be arranged to do both... first the medical exam and several days later the interview.
Is this possible? How long do you need to wait for the interview after the medical exam?

Hi, it can all be accomplished in less than a week even. You just need to schedule your embassy interview first and work backwards for the medical. At least a day gap between the 2 appointments. Medical is 2 days.

It’s one of the listed requirements pero baka pwd namang wala. Call them ahead nlg para mag inquire :)

I took my medical results with me during the interview, yes. However, this may vary depending on your medical results. In some cases, St. Lukes is the one sending it directly to the embassy.

I’m working with a visa agency. My fiancé’s interview is February 13, 2024. The agency has not scheduled the medical exam yet but will do it soon. Is it okay if medical exam on February 6, a week before the interview?
Also, are there usually enough available appointments for medical exam when scheduling one a few weeks before it?

@@user-vf1dx2dq8m that should be okay. The original documents required are those of the beneficiary. For the sponsor if previously married, an original divorce decree is preferred just to be sure. Others got a 221g because of this.
In my case, a photocopy of my petitioner’s divorce decree was thankfully accepted.

I would say at least 3 days. I had fever for 2 days after my vaccination shots which is very likely to happen.

I paid the visa fee first inorder to schedule the interview with USEM. Then, I booked my medical appointment with SLEC and paid at Security Bank.
