    In Florida a debt collecting company took out $345 from my paycheck without any authorization without any notification without seeing a judge and on top of that I don't owe that money so it's clearly a mistake and what should I do

    The problem is I never received any notice now they are taking 25% of my salary and also I have a past letter by polk county that this case was dismissed why has midland done this?

    Hi sir. I was served with garnishment papers for a judgement that has a recorded satisfation. I am at risk to lose my job! Please help
