A 6pm drive Downtown Seattle with no traffic is almost unheard of. I've lived here for just over a year and have never experienced this kind of open road downtown. What a beautiful drive.
Today we will go around Pike st., Pine St., Broadway E., Capitol Hill and more. Sunset around Seattle, on the water is exceptionally beautiful and I hope you get a chance to see the city by car some day.

I have lived in Seattle for 17 years. Like any city, it has its better times and worse times. Right now, it is on the upswing to better times, post-COVID. Any large city in America has similar problems, however, not all large cities have the vibrant economic growth that Seattle has enjoyed for many years.

Unless you're the people being thrown on the streets. Lot of people are losing their homes, there is no upside dumb ass! Only a heartless person who could care less about people losing homes and being put on the street would make that comment! Just keep walking, and it'll ignore it. Been looking at a little bit of seattle vids to see how its soomewhat like out there since im gonna be working for some fishing company out there soon. Big difference compared to down here but yeah i like it up there around here and portland oregon areas. My type of weather and i jthink the secnery is pretty nice.

I’m just curious do you live in Seattle? I was seriously going to move there by the end of this month but then saw on the news that the City Council rejected a law that would allows the police to prosecute open drug use. Now I’m bummed because i really wanted to move here. I literally came up at the beginning of the month and was looking at apartments 😭. I’m curious to get a current residents perspective.

I currently live here. The drug use is no worse than any other major city. Sadly, this is pretty normal these days and everyone gets to see it on social media. It's not a major issue, though. The city is still safe and moderately clean.
