Min min is the second best designed character in my opinion, gameplay and features
First being terry of course, being so true to his old games

I honestly didn't expect Min Min to be the Arms character for this game. I would've expected someone like that ninja dude or Twintelle, just the bigger personalities. Lola Pop would've been awesome as a heavy character.

Another tip when recovering, there is a area of space where you can grab the ledge above it. So it can be a mix up when your opponent thinks you have to be below the ledge to grab the ledge. PS: Megawatt Nair kills at 125 % so if you juggle opponent whose up high. Just Nair.

Low C tier seems pretty low for her, if I'm being honest. Sure she has her weaknesses, but her skill ceiling is so insanely high. Tiers are all about how they'll perform at the top level of play, and I feel like once players truly figure out her potential, she could hold a spot at high tier.
Is she easy for noobs? Absolutely not, she needs a lot of time before any of us can play her properly. It's just a matter of time to see how the community uses her to her full potential.
People only mash with her which is why they think she's bad. You have to play her like an ARMS character, you can't throw out both arms or you'll be in for a big punish. Everything has to be low committal until you're sure you have an opening to do big damage. I rarely use smash attacks unless I land RamRam first.
I use special stick and annoy people with RamRam and switch to Megawatt when it's time to kill past her true combo kills confirms percentage....around %120. She's high tier to me...since everyone only gets buffs nowadays I expect her tether to be buffed in the future.
