The stealth of assassin’s creed games (prior to the crouch function introduced in unity) implies that the protags of those games, all the way up until Arno, could just walk so silently that they didn’t need to crouch.
Not just walk, but dive out of the air and land on people at full force whilst stabbing them through. All completely silent! They must’ve had excellent training.
Yeah but using that logic it means the rpg protags are all faster since they prefer crouch running instead of just walking one mile per hour

Still the killing techniques are practically silent in Rogue, than the games after it.
Especially Edward from black flag, started as a pirate and had the most training of all assassins

I say you should play this game bro most underrated assassin's Creed game and the story is amazing short but very beautiful and doesn't have boring missions like tailing missions or something its all battle missions best assassin's Creed on my opinion ❤❤❤

It is stealth because the person dying didn't know he is about to die
I was so mad comimg back to this game 10 years later to find out you cant crouch when you want to until you get to ac unity

Having played AC valhalla for 200 hours, I honestly don't know if the stealth is bad in that game or the guards just aren't deaf & blind like displayed here.
I would be spotted instantly and have them all attacking me within a second, then my bot ass would just jump into the water to avoid conflict 💀
The moment you start being a little logical, this game stops being fun😂

i wanted to practise swordfight a bit so i walked in front of them😂 but they were still blind😂
The two optional objectives for this mission was “remain undetected” and “kill all the guards” I kid you not this took me 20 tries to complete because for whatever reason the guards were compelled to turn around when I got a hidden blade assassination in. These patrol patterns were screwy
This is the first mission.
One thing I don't like about Rogue is that the animations are a bit confusing. Like, why does he do that weird thing after every single kill? Just a nitpick, the game is still awesome
The reason behind it wad I was pressing shift to sheathe the swords.
Black flag engine had some weird ianky animations at times, My guess is that some animations are unfinished
My only issue with the animation in Rogue was that whenever an npc is lying down on the ground, Shay flat out kicks the guy in the nuts as if he is "assassinating" him even when he has the swords out.
I never used the swords when I can use hidden blade
In AC: rogue stealth is easy
I tried doing this mission like a thousand and I can never do it like this

I know it’s a game and all but it bothers me a little bit how the other guards don’t hear the clanging of their dead allies swords when they’re killed
I hate that, because of the anual game Ubisoft made, there are lots of recycled animation, I thought it was Assassin's Creed IV and looks pretty similar to me, but I didn't played ir so I cant really tell
This mission is also in assassins creed 2 😂😂😂 very difficult

Ac unity stealth was pretty good but the guards from roof spots you so easily, the gameplay is rusty asf, the story is pretty good and the map but gameplay was trash
