- Last March of the Ents moves on the Tower of Hoeth, as a full army of Tree Spirits faces down the Full Ninja Rat army of Clan Eshin Skaven on Total War Warhammer 2!

Many of these trees were my friends. I had known them from nut and acorn.

I'm waiting for the day both armies go for full vanguard deployment shenanigans, right up to the edge in an open field, and end up placing their armies past each other. Like everybody immediately has to turn around to fight lmao

Watching the treeman come in from behind for Throt had me fully expecting a spicy pun about “wood.”

I love those thematic battles, they are the most interesting after not square battlefield, I am getting pretty sick of it, warhammer could use large battlefields...

This is why I hate the melee attack chances sometimes for single entities. At 14:50, when Throt is being attacked by 2 treeman, one from behind, he takes zero damage from 5 attempted swings from the ents. Makes no sense...
I really like that most TW youtubers/commentators have played enough to return to to their roots, and those roots being memes and themes
I wish I could have seen a cinematic slow-mo zoom-in on the Ancient Treeman booting those two near-death Skaven troops into the stratosphere without even seeming to notice them at 4:03. XD
This Treeman build was Barking-mad, like an Elf hidden within Leaves of the Woods saying' this Forrest is Old very Old' where the Eagle soars and the Ents roam and 'They are taking the hobbits to Isengard' plays for 24 hours nonstop.
So many thematic lists never get any play, so this is good stuff. More please.

Awakening of the Wood is superior spell to Dwellers against low armour factions. Way more cost effective and faster to cast.

I'll always upvote Skaven losses. Brood horrors should still be slowed down, makes their animations less janky and better balanced.
Throt is incredibly OP for its cost imho
What if all the tree units had crumbling instead of normal leadership values since they are essentially demons of the forest?

no subfaction specific traits carry over to custom/mp. They do have unique campaign exclusive units on their roster, but you cant use them in Ranked. With unit caps off you could use Drycha's animal units and Coeddil
That wood elf player was way too aggressive. They kept chasing with trees despite despite never having a chance of catching anything.

this guys going on an on about throts regen in the late game like he hasn't literally already reached the hard cap lmfao. "oh shit, watchout for all that regen he's gonna get" yea what the extra 250 hp? honestly regen is over-rated. I count it as an effective 75% extra HP you just have to micro to use. the skaven were dead by the time they hit late game, they just didn't know it yet. a bunch of depleted tired, out of ammo chaffe, vs 3 anti-infantry chaffe shredding melee blender machines, and a half health mounted lord that is already basically at healing cap, hmmm.... real close fight!!! lmfao
he hadn't reached the hard cap when I was talking about his regen lol, he was still like 1200 off. 75% extra hp on a monster with 80+ speed is not overrated at all, its huge amounts of healing that dont cost winds of magic. Literally one of the best ways in the game to ensure a unit gets good value back, especially for a faction that doesn't have many sources of healing. If it gets its ass kicked and runs away, it rallies and passively gets back into the game with no additional resources required. There's nothing that's not great about Regen except Fire weakness. Almost every lord in the game would take it if they could
