Take off speed is not really standard, as it depends on a few factors; the make, weight plus load, elevation/temperature and wind. Then your calulation will yield V1, Vr, and V2. Vr is really the point and speed at which you rotate (lift), but V1 will appear on the PFD and/or audio notification simultaneously. V1 and Vr are normally very close, so the tendency is to rotate immediately after v1 passes. Note V1 is the speed at which you cannot abort the take off, while V2 is for taking off safely, if you have enough runway 😊. Anwyas, peace and all the best!

How many People are on the Plane, how are they Set (is the Plane balanced by weight (each passanger has it's on weight)), how much Cargo, is the Cargo balanced and Sorted by it's weight, how much fuel has the Plane, what is the weather conditions, what is the condition of the Runway, how are the conditions of the tires, and so on.
