In this snowboard video we travel to Bear Mountain California for the first day of park snowboarding. Bear mountain is famous for its terrain park and snowboard video that come from this mountain. We arrived on a warm day with sunny skies and slushy snow. The park at Bear mountain runs from the top of the chairlift to the bottom and is fill with very trickable features. We spent the day getting used to the features and trying to stack snowboard tricks. The terrain park here at Bear mountain exceeded my expectations and I'm excited to attempt more snowboarding tricks here through the next week! - Sport

It's awesome you got to ride at Bear Mountain. It was warmer when you rode, snow is usually much better. The weather was warm for you but always be prepared because temperatues can drop quickly along with strong winds especially on upper slopes. Snow Summit also has nice steeps. Mountain High is pretty good as well. Try summit next time. Hopefully snow will be fresh powder. Ride on!

If I could love this video I would! I learned how to snowboard through your channel at the ripe old age of 36 (never took a lesson)...Now 38 and riding double-blacks with ease and doing a few basic tricks. This is one of my local mountains--hope to see you up there this weekend! (Can you say what other days you'll be up? Going to try to spot you Sunday...).

Hey while you're up there you should also try Snow Summit it has fun runs and their parks are pretty cool. I haven't been to Bear Mountain but still would highly recommend Snow Summit. Have a great trip!

I always wondered at places that are super warm like this or like hood or something in the summer how do they groom it? I use to run a groomer for 2 season and when it got warm it was impossible to not leave big nasty streaks everywhere. Anyone have any insight?
You guys should go to snow summit!!! They have a lot more all mountain runs than bear and bigger jumps their park.
