I have this model as well, what kind of issue are you having? I recently ran into a problem where it indicated low water even though the reservoir was full. It ended up being a bad water pump which I replaced with a $20 pump off of amazon and a bit of soldering. My understanding is that Gevi does good with issues under warranty, but I had purchased mine second-hand over a year ago so I had to repair myself.

I love mine. It's this exact model. It stopped making ice yesterday. I've done your cleaning cycle method. Any ideas?
