Lifetime Narrative - Trainer Alford Brown

KINGSTON, Jamaica - His enduring love for horse racing started at a young age, with a bet on, ‘Flour Bag’, placed on behalf of his father.
That love further developed when he watched races from his domestic perch in the Waterford community of Portmore, one of the adjoining areas to the Caymanas Park racetrack.
Now he is a conditioner of race horses, along with working at the HAM Stables, champion breeders for several years.
He says his life is totally dedicated to taking care of horses, from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm every day of the week.
He is Alford Brown, known to most as Big Al.

Trainer Al Brown is a good trainer, always presenting his horses in fabulous condition to compete on race days. The recent government support of horse racing in Jamaica where more horses will be imported to increase the bloodstock at the track, will benefit trainer like Al Brown to add more talent to his barn.

Mr Alford Brown in my opinion is the most improved racehorse trainer at the park since 2022. He doesn't have the quality stock but his horses looks good, very strong, healthy and athletic and ready to run. Wishing you all the best in the future Mr Alford Brown.
