Looks like the brush cutter is doing a good job. Do you have a mid mount mower for your Kubota? I have the 60 inch mmm for my B2650, and it does an excellent job of mowing the yard.
I was really impressed with the brush hog mower, I was even cutting up some of the small trees. but no mid mount mower yet I've seen a few for sale just nothing close enough to me yet.
IF YOU LOOKING AT THE DISPLAY THAT IS PTO RPM ITS AVERAGE RUN SPEED IS 400 WITH ENGINE RPM AROUND 1900-2100. THIS TRACTOR ENGINE IDLES AT 800-1200 RPM, AVERAGE RUNNING RPM IS 1500-2500 DEPENDING ON WHAT TASK YOUR DOING.
