why do you grind on a different machine before pressing . Doesnt the X1 have a grinder

I'd like to ask you about food processors.. I see most bars use one and then press their juice. Doesn't this harm the ¨cold press¨ method? I'm still using a Kuvings so I don't process my ingredients, but I guess time will come and I'd like to understand how it really works. Is there a suggested RPM limit, or is using a proccesor the only way to really do it because of time management..?

Thanks for this sweet message and congrats on the biz! I use a food processor because it gives me more control over the grind process. Allows me to get great extraction and margin on our juices.
