I somehow lost the login password. I love any tricks you can offer me!
Is that the correct price for just a RECIPE eBOOK at $499.00 US Dollars?
Great information - Had to just listen though, started to get dizzy.
Lmao...just a little

Lots of good information! Thank you.
Please don’t move the camera too much. Started getting dizzy 😆
Wow you need to make yourself more known, I have been watching anything and everything on juicing and what its all about over the last two months and your blogs are the best ones out there, so informative ! Thank you for all your info.
💚💚💚

I love your videos, thank you for all you do, so informative, best information out there!
Thanks for sharing all these tips, not everyone who has a business does it like you, thank you very much.
Great video!!!!!!. Lauren you are becoming a natural😘
Stop moving so much please. You are making me dizzy
Stop complaining.
So much info :) Bumped in your channel while searching for slow juicers !!! Subscribed :) Greetings from Romania :)
You’re amazing thank you for sharing alll your wisdom ❤
This was a fantastic video and very informative... Thanks!!!
great info, but you have to stop moving so much. I'm getting sick. LOL
Really great information! Side note...your pacing while talking is a little dizzying to watch on a video.
Thanks for all the info! I just got a juicer so I’m totally a beginner and this was extremely helpful.
Congrats on the juicer!
Hi Lauren, I just finished watching all your 19 videos on juicing 101, you are great at teaching us how to juice. Contrats to you and your sister, I'm now your biggest fan. Hello from 🇨🇦.
Aww thanks for that sweet message!!
Such a great video, learnt a lot! Thank you
Lauren, love and appreciate your info. It is so helpful and this is the fifth video I watch. But I must say I get dizzy. It would be great if you don’t move as much when talking. Thanks again for sharing the tips and advise
I just found your channel and I honestly think you have the best information about juicing. I just bought a Hurom juicer so I can get healthier. I made my first green juice today--lime, cucumber, kale, and pineapple. It's pretty tasty. I hope I can eventually drink a juice that isn't sweet. I'll work up to that. Thanks for all the information!!!
Congrats on the new juicer!!
Super informative! Thanks so much!
Lots of great tips Lauren, thank you!!
I loved how you explained everything. The juice bar I worked for always had us clean the juicer after beet. I wish I knew this method before. They also didn't weight anything lol Now that I am starting my own stand at the farmers Market I am watching all of your videos.
Try pressing 1.5 lbs instead of 3lbs for pineapples recipe. That's what we do and it works.
Loads of info great video💯👍
I just order the nama juicer and i can't wait to receive it. I already have a small aicok masticating juicer which works fine on certain produce but seems not to work very well in juicing pineapples.
Bought the GoodNature M1 for home use after watching all your videos.. Also, Norwalk, Pure and GoodNature are all cold-press juicers.. only difference is that Norwalk and Pure are two stage juicers in which you have to manually put the ground produce under the cold-press.. whereas in Goodnature, the machine does that for you..
Add kombucha at the end, takes it to another level!
One of my favorite juice is straight apple juice. Like to take a black cherry vanilla bang drink. Mix half and half it's awesome
Great video! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
Tips on washing fruits and veggies?? :)
Great and informative vid👍🏼
Soak in water and a little apple cider vinegar and rinse!
Great information!
Thank you for such great detail, I appreciate you!
Lots of information. Thanks. What will be the typical shelf life of the packed juice when refrigerated? Does juice needs to be sold the same day or can be sold few days later?
Can you do a video on descaling the X1-Mini
Jesus girl, stand still. with you moving so much I couldn't watch the video because I was getting dizzy. too bad to because I was looking for something like this..sighs.
Thanks, I really like your show. I just stumble to this show, because I'M starting a new store and wants it to have a juicer and smoothie corner soon. Looking forward for more.
Hey hey, you can find it on Goodnature.com here’s there newest M-1 model 👇🏻

This is my fav part cuz you got a cute smile and I like yer bandana 😊 19:52
I'm watching your videos you are very hardworking people like super woman
Thanks so much for all your help! I personally enjoyed the moving around (felt more personable rather than some formal, stale tutorial lol) and all the pro tips you gave. Really good information!
I’m a beginner. I’ve always loved juice and thought it might be cool to make my own. My boyfriend gifted me the Breville Juice Fountain Plus for Christmas. So I’m just researching some juicing 101 info to get started. I typically enjoy sweeter, fruity juices, but I would like to start incorporating vegetables since I don’t eat them as regularly as I should.
Any tips/recipes for combining fruits and vegetables in order to gain the nutrients and vitamins from veggies without sacrificing the sweet flavors of fruits? Also the juice you created at the end with beets, pineapple, and apples...were those 3 separate juices? Or did you combine all 3 of those ingredients to make 1 juice? That sounds like a good combo. I’m getting ready to go to the grocery store now, and I’m thinking that’ll be the first juice I make :)
that juice is so good beet, apple, pineapple, but I add ginger tastes like a punch with a healthy twang (but good) from the ginger. Enjoy your juices
Great info.
I was wondering about the lemon's bitterness with the peel on too! I wonder if it's the cold press that makes it not bitter?
the Norwalk works great for pineapple.
Do you have any suggestions about washing the fruits and vegetables prior to juicing? Do you use just water to wash everything or any other type of veggie wash? Thanks for all your videos!
Hi from Ireland , your chanell is great
Hey hey!
Hey Lauren, do you have some hacks on getting for getting more juices out of the norwalk juicer? (As in speeding up the pressing method)
Good tutorial!
I was wondering what is a good way to clean produce before juicing?
Thank you for sharing ❤
I'm thinking about getting a masticating juicer. Have you tried blending apples in a high speed blender then pouring that into the juicer? Also, have you used any type of strainer for juices other than mesh bags?
THANK YOU!!!!!
Are Hydraulic Press Juicers
Better in taste? What do you think of them?
This is awesome! What. Would you recommend for a breakfast, lunch and dinner juice?
Love this! Great video for Beginners. I just created one on the same topic.
Great video
You're doing a great job over there. I'm enjoying you videos right here in Lagos, Nigeria! I have some questions to ask;
1. What sweetener do you use?
2. And how have being able to get customers coming to you store to buy your product after relocating to the new store?
Thank you very much!
I find that apples sweeten everything perfectly!
Unfortunately I have a centrifugal juicer so lots of foam. What kind of strainer do you suggest? Any fine mesh strainer will do?? Enjoy all your videos!👍🏼
Can you show us how to make almond nut mylk! Been trying it but keep failing!

Thanks for this great and very helpful video Lauren. I was wondering, are you writing the expiration date on the caps? If so, how do you determine the shelf life? My understanding is 2 or 3 days for raw cold pressed unpasteurized juice. Thanks again for all your work on these videos.
Yup it’s a drink by date we do 3/4 days from the day it was pressed 💚
we need to store in refrigerator or we can put then out for 2-3days?? expecting ur response thnx for the video
Great video and info. What juicer would you recommend for at home use? Do you add anything sweetner to your juices? New subscriber. Thanks
I wouldn't suggest adding sugar to fresh juice. Fruit juice is already sweet. Home juicer would depend on what you'd like to juice primarily. Some juicers are great with greens vs fruits it depends. For greens id say omega horizontal. I just invested in the Tribest Shone for soft fruit so idk yet.
When your moving from one type of juice to another, and not cleaning the machine or switching out the bag, are you not concerned with cross contamination? (I realize this is two years old and you may have changed your process. No shade. I’m sincerely asking.)
So would you recommend having different juicers ?
Can you freeze apples for juicing later? How about cucumbers? Thank you.
Out of your 14 lbs., how do you determine, at least in THIS recipe, which will be your main component? Pineapple or Apple could be your main component. You mentioned that apples could be used as a based, but pineapples do yield a lot as well.
Hey is it ok to use the pulp to make fruit leather?! Wouldn't that be awesome? I hope so
Girl you're wonderful. You've thought me a lot in less than 10mins. My question Is........is there a way i can achieve a cold press without having a cold press juicer.?..... Eg using a cold water
This may destroy the whole point of juicing lol. But can you add like cocoa powder or sweeteners like that to the juice? And if you can, would you just add it at the end?
Do you juice the entire Apple leaving the seeds inside and all?
Another One!!! GOAT Status🔥⚡️SN: i actually posted a pic of apple sauce my juicer produced..😩😂
Ugh the struggle 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
hi! love your videos, so i was just wondering do you keep the beets separate until you bottle them with the apple and pineapple? what exactly was the bottling process? thank you.
Everything gets ground and juiced together!
The celery and apple are both really high FODMAP so anyone with stomach issues is gonna be in serious pain … cucumbers are low FODMAP… small portions of beets is low FODMAP. So those of us with IBS can’t do it 😩 I’m not sure what other liquid bases there are that are low FODMAP. Also lemons can trigger people who are sensitive to histamines and so can apple cider vinegar. A ton of autoimmune peeps have issues with high FODMAPS soooooooo, I guess I’d have to figure out what people with IBS can actually juice.
hi! I have been juicing at home for almost a year. I have some troubleshooting with orange juices. the orange juices turns bitter after few hours. can u suggest some solution for this problem.
I saw on Joe Cross' video that he suggested not juicing mango and another fruit, I can't remember why.
Thanks heaps for this very informative video, so helpful 🥰
I do have a question, what’s the process for washing your organic produce ?
Only with a brush and water ? Or a bath of water with white vinegar (and how long for) ? Or are you using a specific product, which would be ?
If anyone also want to share? Don’t hesitate 🙈😊 Thks in advance 🙏🏼
Would the ACV not give the juice a bitter taste?
I like how you have edited the video not give out too much information away lol
Question, I have a Juicery called @angelsjuicery I do a to of 3 day juice cleanse and I need to upgrade to make at least 80-120
16 oz presses juice a day depending on the day and orders but in the fastest possible way cold pressed, since I want to buy a cold pressed juicer would you recommend the x1 mini? Or the the CT-7? I’m ready to purchase I really need help deciding before I make a big commitment, please help 🙏🏼 appreciate you
Good information but a bit to much moving! Made me uncomfortable and dizzy
Lauren, are your labels able to stay on the bottles through the dishwasher? If so, do you still use Lightening Labels? And if not, what process do you use for removing them? Thanks so much😁
Hey hey yes they do stay on through the wash! And yes we’re still using lightning labels
Lauren Mattice that is good to know!! You have helped me make so many decisions in this process😁. Thank you for always answering questions and sharing your knowledge💕
Did you mean to say 1 beet to 4-5 juices? Are you considering beets as a superfood?
Do you have recipes for morning juices?
Checkout my Insta it’s loaded with recipes: instagram.com/laurenmattice/
Great video! I was wondering about the color conflict you were talking about. Is that just for the look of the juice so it doesn't turn brown? Or is it just not a good idea to juice fruits and veggies with conflicting colors due to the flavors?
Yes, just for the look of the juice. People tend to buy juices that are bright and beautiful! If you’re juicing for yourself or want to make up some specific combo, go for it!
@@LaurenMattice Awesome! Thanks Lauren!
I need this also
Please how do you descale a juicer?
Hi Lauren, I want to start a juice bar along with smoothie bar.. Which commercial juicer should I buy thank you so much!

Nice video

Is there any bonuses u can get out of juicing in contrast to just eating the fruits normally? it is tastier, though it can be a hassle/bother to juice things. Maybe just for winter, for example I saw cold pressed raspberries today, and since during winter it can be hard to find any unless you live in some awrm country perhaps, I'm in Bulgaria & we have all seasons but it's cold during winter here usually = no raspberries in winter = good to cold press some for iwnter perhaps.
My question is - assuming we have the fruits and season normally - is there any point to juicing?
One benefit of juicing versus eating the vegetables and fruit is that one consume larger quantities of vegetables (and their benefits)via juicing than they would normally consume via eating.
Where do you buy your glass bottles and lids from?
Every product we use is linked here: juicebusinessebooks.com/links-to-products
Just out of curiosity what is your process for washing the fruit before pressing?
We use water and a scrub brush. Health department doesn’t require anything, you can use a little vinegar if you’re looking for a little more aggressive wash.
do you ever use limes? Would you leave the rinds on? :)
I know we have juiced them before, if I remember right I think we left them on. I might have a video on it somewhere
Can I drink only 16 ounces of juice a day on a 40 day juice cleanse or should I drink more than that?
Will I die if I drink only 16 ounces a day + water or do I need more?
What juicer did you use when you first started at the farmers market? I have a really nice omega masticating, did you start with a commercial?
we served made to order centrifugal juice on the truck until we could make the jump to a cold press machine.. we used a Zumex people loved watching their juice made in front of them. Hoping to offer that made to order style in the future in addition to our stocked juices
Before the truck I used an omega juicer. NSF approved. It was a couple hundred dollars. No where near as good as the Zumex or Nutrifaster though.
@@JordanRosendalee Do you have the model numbers for those ones? were they centrifugal?
I want to know where I can get the mini juicer?
Hey hey, you can find it on Goodnature.com here’s their newest M-1 model 👇🏻
