Thank God you collected the grass clipping. It always itches me when I see mowing videos but not followed by collecting the clippings. Btw what kind of grass is that? It looks strange and awful when unkept.
In this country, collecting the clippings is an additional charge, so those who don't want it done ask us to leave them. Therefore, we follow their request. They planted the same type of grass seeds that we use but in the wrong way. So we explained them how to plant and manage the grass.
That grass that you were cutting within the first 10 minutes is very strange. It's pretty and thick looking when it's grown out, but when it's cut, it looks very thin and patchy. Do you know what grass type that is? Because I don't ever want to plant it in my yard.
They said they used the same product that we normally use. However, I found out that they planted it incorrectly. After explaining the correct method to them, they finally understood why the grass looks like that.

should use a better grass mover, this one suitable for a small garden garden only not suitable for heavy duty professional job.
I agree. Plus it’s wet and thick.
