Do anyone know how/where i can see the 'reciprocation rule' which as per Swamy, stopped Sonia Gandhi becoming Indian PM? Swamy said (in another video), as per Indian constitution and foreign national can become Indian PM as long as the other country's constitution reciprocate the same i.e. allows an Indian to be its PM.

Reciprocity laws are universal and all courts of law in democratic countries like to follow. It is held in high esteem. In the US for instance the President has to be above 35 and must be born in the US. Italy requires the highest elected office must be held only by person born in Italy. As a country wounded by over 800 years of foreign occupation no judge can ignore reciprocity rules. Even Babur is considered an invader and foreigner in India.
