'Bibingkang Malagkit' (with langka)

- Bibingkang Malagkit = it is a Filipino traditional rice cake dessert made made of glutinous rice cooked with coconut milk and brown sugar and topped with sweet and creamy coconut topping....
Ingredients:
For topping:
2 cups thick coconut milk (kakang gata)
2 cups dark brown sugar
For bibingkang malagkit (biko type)
3 cups glutinous rice
4 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup langka or jack fruit - Jak na to + styl

I like this one better than the other recipes of others. ang sugar is not a problem u have the control on how much sugar u want to add so u can eat it the way u like it, ako din I don't want it too sweet..so if u think its too much sugar, so kayo na lang bahala-how much sugar u wanted to add.

One of my All Time Favorite... Every time I come home, I always tried to make it to the public market by 10AM to get mine... I found out that after 10AM, there's less chance of finding it... it will be sold out by then ... that's the way how my 91 year old mother makes her bibingka, with jack fruit mixed-in ...
