      1st piga - pure kakang gata, no water added to the niyog
      2nd piga - nag lagay ng water sa niyog para makuha ang 2nd gata

      hi Crislyn, pwede naman ang brown sugar, na kaya lang merong extra flavor ang panutsa kaya mas masarap ang biko. Try mo sa palengke usually doon meron.

      Hi Glory, sorry sa late reply. Ang 2 kilos = 8 cups. Siguro gawa ka na lang ng 3 recipes nitong nasa video and you can sell yung iba pang matitira or para meron din kayo sa bahay. I hope this helps :)

      if you find it too sweet, pwede.po naman bawasan according to your preference. Kaya po medyo malambot ang luto ko para kapag inilagay na siya sa ref hindi sya titigas na parang bato tulad sa mga ibang recipes po 😊

    i know masarap lasa niyan but the not well cooked glutinous rice is a no for me. it is better if yung bigas is luto talaga para mag compliment din dun ang lasa.
