千葉都市モノレールは、『千葉みなと駅』から『県庁前駅』を結ぶ１号線(3.2km)と、『千葉駅』から『千城台駅』を結ぶ２号線(12.0km)の2路線あります。
営業最高速度は65キロで、同じ懸垂式モノレールの湘南モノレールより遅めですが、総営業距離は、懸垂式モノレールとしては世界最長の15.2kmで、2001年にギネス世界記録に認定されています。
There are two lines of Chiba Urban Monorail: Line 1 (3.2 km) connecting "Chiba Minato Station" to "Kenchomae Station" and Line 2 (12.0 km) connecting "Chiba Station" to "Chijodai Station".
The operating maximum speed is 65 kilometers, which is slower than the Shonan Monorail of the same hanging monorail, but the total operating distance is 15.2 km, the longest hanging monorail in the world, and it was certified as a Guinness World Record in 2001.
