I've been shooting for 40 years, during which I brought many guns, as I duo both rough ,vermin control and game shooting. I brought this sameauto 5 years ago & it has to be for me my most favourite one of all. ( very pointtable, light, adjustable to an excellent fit, shoots great patterns reliable, robust and very easy to maintain. Just to answer some of the queries that Matt wasn't sure about. Yes you can get this gun with 30 inch barrels & 3 different size stock pads.

I would of like to have seen a step up rib and the forend shape more like the new raffeallo from what i’ve heard the stock length on the new montifeltro is more suitable for the uk market
i was a total browning shooter but managed to buy a benelli super sport from you guys at the game fair and i have not shot the browning since great guns would highly recommend
I am left handed, my kids and grandkids are all right handed. Why does Benelli NOT offer the shims needed to set the shotgun to neutral cast? This is certainly an option one would expect from a quality shotgun.
@@PremierGunsDoveridge Thank you Matt, I said “simple answer” but as you know it’s a bit more complicated than that , in general: most of Benelli semis are lighter in weight ( as mentioned by you in the video) than most of the A400 , the extra weight that A400 has surely is going to be less in recoil “physics”! , in addition to some pressure bleeding from their gas valve … , felt recoil is a different story! Best Regards.

Benelli do a left handed Montefeltro in wood stock but its whether they sell the new updated model in the UK.

Recoil compared to an A400 ?
Simple answer , A400 is smoother and less recoil.
