Hi Shane, is it possible to add a submit button to a Model Driven App, similar to how applicants fill out a form and then click on the submit button?

I personally feel Canvas is better.
    1. More control of how someone interacts with the app and data. I feel process flow is better controlled on Canvas.
    2. Less clutter on your screen. You add what is required of the user to navigate and interact with your back end. Adding buttons and conditional visibility is way easier with Canvas.
    3. Better themeing and UX capacities. I worked with a few companies that required branding for their apps and took pride with how it looks. And it supports dark mode.
Also.note that canvas apps tend to be faster once you start making universal components and themes. I also have my own 'Theme App' that i can just import to a new cavnas app and adjuat the colors accordingly.
Overall, i enjoy a blank, white Canvas. It's more rewarding, fun to buil, and takes artistry to build.
Model driven is basic and standard out of the box, which does take less work and better responsiveness. But once you start working with canvas templates and understanding responsive containers, you can do the same thing.
That is my two cents and experience.

Nice video with helpful stuff. Thanks a lot guys.
When you talk about hiding button in command bar by removing all the privileges to the role of the user, I tried it and it did not work for me.
I'm trying to figure out why. The user I test it on ONLY have the new custom security role I created. On this specific role, I did remove all privileges in "core record" to table "data import" and "user chart" as you mentions and the test user stil see the buttons.
    Thanks for all the videos.
