This is unprecedented in terms of the type of inflation/bust that is happening. The way people in general are collecting/playing/selling, has flipped on it's head almost seamlessly. That, is why I believe you are right. There may be some retracing, but the bounce back I think will drown any losses out. Hold onto your pants everyone!

Yes, but it was to make up mostly what financial institutions would have created themselves due to the pandemic. Its not like the Fed is printing more money then what the market would have created themselves if COVID wasn't a thing in 2020.

@@snakeboy2904 Financial institutions do not "create" money. They move existing assets around between one another and the public at large. The Fed creates the money when they purchase securities in the market through newly created cash. Banks do not create money from nothing. The Fed has to either lend out reserves or purchase in the market with new money. The Fed has printed more money this year then ever in our history, and they are about to do it again. Some level of inflation has to come through. We have avoided it mostly through Fed shenanigans thus far, but they are printing too much now to avoid inflating. Plus, that is one of the few ways to further bail out large companies who are leveraged to hell without the public at large figuring it out.

@@NOLA-vv3sz that's not true at all. Example you take a 1y 1000 loan from a bank. The bank charges a 10% interest rate at the end of the year loan you pay back the bank 1100 (1000 loan + 100 interest). The bank basically synthetically created $100 in the economy.

Tcg Market Tracks actual sales so on the older cards usually the cheaper ones are selling first making the number lower.
It also looks high during new releases because some cards do sell for hype prices.

Kaldheim is pseudo-german Kald is a mix of the german kalt(cold) and the english cold and heim is german 4 home and is used als ending for Cities and places. like Mannheim, Rüdesheim etc.
So it means something like Coldcity. The a in Kald is pronounced like in Car. The hei is pronounced like in Hydrant.

2020 the year people were stuck at home and found hobbies... it's across the board
Inflation is insane right now, The Stimulus is needed but a lot of ppl will be using it just for pokemon/magic and not to pay down credit card bills or rents. Only thing I'm doing is buying a few sealed boxes of both Pokemon/Magic for long term. Open up a few packs here and there for my channel but the rest goes into my safes.
It would go to things people need. Then if they don’t need it or have left over it will become disposable income. Regardless if it’s $600, that will be absorbed pretty easily in any market
