    i'm romanian and i'm far from home as you are, i live in canada. i started watching your channel a few months ago what i can say is that i juste love it you gove me some good inspiration to ''come back home'' myself, by cooking. i hope you have a great life :)

    i made this and it turned out so good! I can say - restaurant quality ! :) i did change a few things: i used homemade pesto (basil, garlic, pine nuts, salt, black pepper, (optional)chili flakes) in place of a store bought one. I used baby bella mushrooms, carrots, fresh spinach, zucchini, bell peppers and it turned out great. the pesto really makes a difference! the ricotta cheese i used said fat free but i am skeptic.

    I LOVE that you didn't go low-fat on this dish, Laura. Sometimes, we all need to do it up RIGHT and really enjoy a naughty dish. Like you emphasized, not every day, but sometimes.     Laura I made this using mushrooms(thx), chopped broccoli, juliene carrots, red and yellow sweet peppers, And with your sauce and hints.....delightful.

    A little tip for Laura and everyone else, when you're done making the Bechamel and you let it rest and cool, you wanna cover it in contact with Plastic wrap or cling film. This way, you'll prevent it from creating undesired crusts in the surface.

    Outstanding!!! I followed your instructions to the letter...just added frozen peas and carrots, and left out mushrooms. I also added a few more spices to the veggies. All the layers were so tasty!! The no bake noodles were perfectly moist. This was so good that not only my pescatarian daughter loved it, but my meat-eating family members loved it too! Thanks for another delicious meal!

    Thank-you Laura for this gorgeous recipe! I literally just finished making it for the family.
    I used a blend of Cheddar, Mozzerella & Parmesan, made a red sauce out of tomato soup (accident lol) & diced tomatoes (I poured it over the veges) ! Such a delicious recipe! That nutmeg in the bechamel is BOMB !

    I've also created my own vegetarian lasagne with a filling made of creamy spinach, roasted peppers, carrots and sweetcorn as a replacement for the meat and it is delicious. I'm a non-veg but really wanted to see if I could come up with a nutritious and yummy vegetarian version and challenged my self and it seems I succeeded as my family were impressed!!!

But God in his love and mercy made a way for us to get back into this paradise so that we can once again live with him for eternity in paradise where we never grow old or die and where there is no pain or suffering for all eternity. Today you can take the first step in this journey by believing in God Jesus Christ and accepting him as God(as he was not just a good teacher) and by repenting of your sins. Therefore we must repent of our sins today and realize that we are not Gods, neither are we divine, only God is divine. Jesus is God and he taught us how to live when he came to Earth , there are 2 destinations either Heaven or Eternal hell fire, those believe in Jesus Christ and who live according to Jesus Christ would go to Heaven but those wicked people who reject him and choose their own paths would be cast into the lake of fire where they shall be tormented for all eternity, this is just the reality, nonetheless it is not fear that cause me to live for God but rather it is my love for him in that he is a merciful and loving God. Focus on the things of God instead of the things of this world as the things of this world are only temporary but the things of God are eternal. If you would like to know more about this I encourage you to study the ESV and KJV Bible as there is vital knowledge that you must have in there as it explains Gods plan for Humanity and what we must do to please him. Do not delay, tomorrow is not promised.Jesus bless you

    I made this recipe, but substituted firm tofu for the ricotta and added some italian seasoning to it and it was soo delicious. Everybody loved the sauce!
