Happy birthday, here’s a British guy to tell you facts you didn’t want;
- The “technology!” guy is a comedian called Chris Morris and the clip was from a show parodying news, called Brass Eye. His big deal with that show was to trick celebrities into doing PSA-style pieces to camera for causes he had entirely made up like “heavy electricity”
- The long place name is a real Welsh town. It’s name in English is more like directions to the town, it’s something along the lines of “the town by the lake in the valley beneath… etc”. I had to learn to say it at school because it was easier than actually learning Welsh, which is still a reasonably widely spoken language that is taught in Welsh schools
