How do I update the firmware? Every time I connect it via wirelle a message appears asking for an update, but I don't know how to do it.
have you managed to solve the problems with updating the firmware over the wireless network? and if so, please tell me exactly how you managed to do it.

why does mine says please connect the device even though its connected already

It says the software is a virus when i try to download it
because its a keylogger windows thinks its a virus when its not.
