I can't stop watching this damned video. I sing it to my Chihuahua during his driving lessons.

You know Chihuahuas are only allowed a licence for an automatic car or a 100cc bike unless they sit some exams right? This is the problem with dogs. People buy them thinking they're all cute and adorable but an adult dog is limited when it comes to laws and canine automobile licences.
I have no idea what I just watched, but that drummer understood the assignment.

@@LewackiOnanista Yes it is always appealing to go back to. I have Kicked it 5 times NO REHAB, It was the most hellish sickness and pain I have ever been in.
So,
The high? It suddenly rushes over your body and makes you feel so happy and calm. Like being a child again innocent to the horrors of Adult life,
You Drool all over your shirt for about 20 Minutes and you are NOT ASLEEP (Comon misconception) you are transported to a dream-like state where you have visions of past lives and bizarre Dreams. PURE ecstasy!
Then you wake up and go about your day feeling delightful for 6-8 hours, but then if you continue using it; Well that is when it turns from Heaven to Hell, Soon you start needing it just to wake up and not be violently sick......Then if you can't get it you go through the worst 3 days of suffering,
Mental physical pain beyond description!
Then weeks or months of Mental health problems and restlessness.
In closing if I ever relapse again it will be because I want to leave from this Vile world in Style and Comfort with one last Poke.....Ty for reading and possibly gaining insight from this.
Ex addict here too, 30 plus years addicted and clean for 1, but I still dream about using, crazy ay? So strange having money and not rushing out to score, I wonder if I'll ever get used to that ?😅

@@gtmumma I have the dreams too, They happen rarely now but used to be a nightly occurrence. Sometimes they would trigger me to go use at 3am. Now they are not bothersome at all, Just another Scar on my soul in the misadventures of life.

Been into punk rock and punk adjacent music for 30 years now. I just discovered these guys today. It makes me wonder what other gems are out there that ive never heard before. Hopefully tons. Until i die I want to run across new amazing music that blows my mind and sends me head first down the rabbit hole.

"Gouge My Eyes Out" is a motivational dirge worthy of at least a little of your pitiful life.
"Banging in the Nails" is a jaunty little ditty.
I was about to list all the songs they have crafted that I really enjoy, but none of us have enough time left for that.

I swear this kind of music is so underrated. I cannot get enough of the satirical dark themes in the almost upbeat instrumental style. As someone who has been through addiction and many other dark places, seeing/hearing songs like this take the seriousness out of it. It genuinely helped me learn to laugh at my past instead of being ashamed of it.

Discovered The Tiger Lillies at 15 years old ('Terrible' being the first song I heard from them), and instantly fell in love, diving into their excellent discography. 8 years later at 23, they've continued to be one of my favourite bands and a strong influence on me. Much love.

Look up their shockhead peter songs. It is like dark nursery rhymes. A local theatre group, Jobsite, produced their songs as a caberet show and it was amazing!

I never felt as fortunate to have insomnia as I did early this morning when CZcams recommended this video to me. Somehow this band escaped my attention over the past few decades. Been listening to them almost constantly all morning.
I'm not even into this band and I watched it about 10 times. Brilliant. Great music and a hypnotic video. One still shot and so much content that I always see something new. I'm blown away.

Americana!? They are British you know. But if you like the music, it is called `dark cabaret` or `Brechtian punk Cabaret`. The Tiger Lillies where kind of the forefathers of this blend of pre-ww2 Berlin cabarets and punk attitude.

I just saw a three piece Americana looking band doing a song titled the same as a Lou Reed song. Hence the 'expecting.' Still I appreciate your input and thank you for taking the time to respond.
