Williams dad (known as "Fimpen") was a grinder for Djurgarden, and a favourite among the fans even though he did not score that much. He was a skilled player in his youth, but he accepted a grinder role because he wanted to play for Djurgarden, his favourite team growing up. He is all heart. And a bit of a joker, as can be seen in his CZcams videos (Fimpens resa), where he travels across Sweden to meet with players and coaches in all teams in the SHL.

His dad is kind of a legend here in Sweden, every Djurgården fan loved him and every other team fan hated him (while he was playing), He is a really funny guy and as someone else said kind of a joker.

Nice that Boyle remembers the lockout season in Sweden and the name of the team he played for 😄

Or the least you can ask is that he remembers a TEAM HE PLAYED FOR

@@rasmusbergqvist9425 He had no reason to remember much outside of America as active player, so that he actually remembered SHL and Djurgarden is a big plus, at least in my book. Mentioning other teams here would make no sense and add nothing to the conversation so that he remembers ANY teams in europe is as a fan nice to see. Stay positive!

@@zilvertron i mean it will be a thing you remember. It's a differwnt country a different continent and culture. So he will probably always remember his time there since it was something he did once in his life

Would be relatively weird if you didn't remember what team you played for during a lockout.

First of all... You need to get your fact checked. THEY won öast time 2001. They are not "top team" in sweden, they have not always played in SHL. Currently they are the second last in the league and hopefully they play HA next year. There is 12teams that is better.

Såja såja, någon dag kanske din klubb också har gjort avtryck så att folk på andra sidan Atlanten pratar gott. Det kräver dock sin historia, vilket också gör att två sämre säsonger är en väldigt liten del utav en klubbs hela identitet.

Are you high? They are one of the top 5 teams. This season though…. Yeeeez

They are historically the greatest Swedish team.
