♡ what inspired my family’s move to the gambia?
- to sum it up, my parents always wanted to move to a country in africa, & after someone suggested gambia to them, they took a trip over here back in 2015 for vacation. the following year, we packed up everything we had & moved to the gambia, west africa all the way from little old clarksville, tennessee! crazy..right? 😅
♡ how old am i?
- I’m currently 22, turning 23 October 11th!
♡ what camera do i use?
- iPhone 11 Pro Max & canon g7x mark ii
♡ what editing system do i use?
- I edit everything on my phone, using VideoLeap & sometimes Imovie!
♡ what do i do for work in the gambia?
- I’m currently getting experience working in a hotel, I’m a social media manager for different companies, & I’m a part time content creator on YT!
♡ Will i ever move back to the states?
- At the moment, I don’t think so. I really love traveling & I feel there’s so much more to see & experience in this world than what is limited to us - Zábava
When I first arrived in The Gambia in 2017 I flew Delta and landed in Dakar for a 9 hour layover....I exited the airport and I sat on the curb where the taxis all park and I talked with so many Brothas all day until my 5pm flight to Banjul,.....the plane was virtually empty and I got a tremendous view from the plane as we arrived over the Northwest tip of The Gambia....I was just amazed at everything I saw

South Bank road across the Denton Bridge to Banjul..... there's a museum across the street from the stadium but the museum was closed when I was there on a Saturday morning.....I love the market in Banjul....lots of stores and booths to shop
You're fetching water from well around 1 p.m. . I can hear the call to midday prayer in the background. Along with the your shadow on the ground told me it was around High Noon.
