Helping the environment its not easy
Oh man, I’m just starting and this has helped me a lot. My knots are still super wonky though and did what to do
Devanshi Bhimjiyani you will get better in time! This is my second bag so practice is all it takes. Good luck!
Thank you for making this tutorial! Keep em coming!
This is so effing cute!
Great tutorial. I am very new to crochet and this was very helpful.
Shauny G thank you! I watched a couple tutorials while learning and I felt like none of them were easy to follow along so I tried my best to make one that was as helpful as it could be. Of course I could have added a few extra details and edited better but i can only learn from my mistakes. Again, thank you!
@@angelchang2101 Keep it up 👏
If you guys have any suggestions for a video feel free to comment below! I’m pretty indecisive and hard on myself so it’s hard for me to give you guys something worthy of watching.
i’m so confused at the first plarn knot, i’m new at this lol.
Brianna Mccartney hi, so you wanna put the hook in the loop, hold on to the loop maybe 2 inches away from the hook, hook the hook on the other side of your finger and bring the hook through the hole and pull. It’s kinda tricky to describe.
Awesome! ♥️ Any tips on how to make plarn out of thicker plastic bags, like frozen fruit bags? Thanks!
Thank you! And I have no idea. I think if you were to just cut the top and bottom off of frozen fruit bags it would be prefect to just cut in lines and would automatically be loops. I would also suggest learning different methods of crotcheting. I’m in no means a pro-crotcheter. So I only learned to do it for this project. But let me know if I can help in anyway. Thanks!
@@angelchang2101 I use heavy plastic bags for the bottom of my shopping bags or the handles. Do what you want and have fun saving the planet !
I have the first chain done but I’m having trouble figuring out how to get the next step now that I got the length down if that makes sense
So you’d just rotate it and go the other way.
what size is the hakpen
4.25mm
Mine is literally curling on itself I don’t know what to do now
At which point of the process are you on?
@@angelchang2101 it’s kinda like shaping into a small basket looking thing I’m unsure how to describe it
@@6DoctorWho depending on the size you wanted it to be, you might’ve made it too small. But I’m not sure, sorry. If you’ve already made the width of the bag and had started going up, it shouldn’t be a problem
Any rough idea of how many bags were used to make this? Thanks!
Hailey Swyers hmm roughly 1-2 bags were used to make one row on the bag but it was around 50-70.
