- I'm back in Alpe d Huez for everyones favourite mass start downhill race the Megavalanche! a 21km race of pure madness with 1500 people all starting at the top of the mountain at 3300m and ending at the lake at the bottom! This is my second race to join me as I guide you through some tips and essential how to's so you can tackle the mega yourself! Enjoy! Filmed on Gopro Hero 12 camera

12:04 this battling aspect is the only thing keeping me doing xc races regularly, it’s an absolute blast. Would be insane to have that in a downhill race.

Back in the 90s a little hill in woodbury Ct used to allow me to carry my bike up the lift and snow ride. I brought some pro riders up there one time and it was so fun to watch. Todd Bosch was throwing shralps on berms at speed so slow it was hilarious. Just finding the edge of grip
SICK!!...Ive got to do that race as one of my "Go to do" achievements. Great footage and narration. Looks like a blast to ride and challenge yourself against plenty of good riders. Good luck!..
