The reason these pastors and other folks like these orgs and join them is because they can get ahead in this world by being apart of one. There are some careers that are off limits to those who are not apart of the Masons and frats and sororities. When you work for corporate America, that's one of the things they ask you, do you belong to any "organizations."

I was in a sorority for 13 years. I denounced and renounced back in April. My issue always is how those who don’t agree assume that those that have denounced were struggling in their relationship with God and that’s why they denounced. But it’s actually quite the opposite. When I was in my Sorority I still went to church, I still professed Christ, and tried to live righteously. But I was conflicted and walking in disobedience.
