1 Kg Beef
2 Cup (400) split gram lentil- soaked for 2 hours,
1 Medium Size onion cut in slices
2 Tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Flakes
1 Bav Leaf
1 Tsp. Cummin Seeds
2 Black Cardamom
10 Peppercorns
6 Cloves
2 Inch Piece of Cinnamon
1 Egg
1 chopped onion medium size
1/2 Bunch mint leaves and cilantro
4-5 Green Chilli
