How to make Beef Cutlet | Beef Cutlet with Minced Beef
Beef cutlets are a staple South Indian appetizer. They go great with some spicy ketchup and, of course, are just as delectable on its own. Kerala Beef Cutlet serves as a great snack and even as an enjoyable side dish with rice.

Ingredients :
500 gms Beef Mince (washed well in a strainer & kept aside)
2 medium sized (300 gms) Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
½ tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
½ tsp Ginger ( finely chopped)
½ + 1 tsp Pepper Powder
½ + ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ + ½ tsp Salt
3 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
100 ml Water
2 tbsp Refined Oil
1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger finely chopped
2 to 3 Green Chillies finely chopped
1 sprig Curry Leaves finely chopped
2 mediium sized (220 gms) Onion finely chopped
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ cup Coriander Leaves finely chopped

You can freeze uncooked dough. Form it into the shape you prefer and then freeze them for a week. Remove out of the freezer 30 minutes before you want to fry them. Please ensure that the mixture you have cooked does not have any moisture content before storing.
