Yes, it is not a radial tyre, it is a bias tyre with nylon thread instead of steel-belted wire. It might have its own pros and cons, but then we will check it out when we do a full review of these tyres. My initial impression of these tyres is good and I would recommend you to consider this set of tyres as well.

Radial tyres are the best, but that comes at a cost. I'm using non radial tyres and I didn't felt compromised at any point of time. I'm running the same tyres and it is still doing fine with no punchers till date.

I think tere is slight difference between stock and this nylon tires. A drop of 1-2 kmpl, this is just my assumption I'm not really sure. Since bike hight was increased so surely this is little bigger and round tyre.

2 years ago this tyres were at dirt cheap prices, now the prices have gone up. Even I got the tyres under Rs. 6000 and torqblock a Instagram page sells the tyre above 6k. it depends.
North me tyre ka price bohot jayada hai compared to South india. Almost 50% ka price difference
