- Today I'm at Motz's Burgers in Redford, Michigan, attempting their Slider Challenge! Challengers have 30 minutes to finish as many sliders as possible. In order to win the challenge, you have to beat the previous record, which at this time is 8. Winners get some restaurant swag and go up on the wall of fame. If you are unsuccessful, you pay $30 for the meal and take home leftovers.

Congratulations, Nathan 🙌🙌 Once again you set a new record for a challenge! Not only that, but you had 2/3 of your time remaining! I think it was extremely classy for you to just eat one more than the old record, to give someone else a chance to try to beat your new record.

Also, those were pretty big burgers to be called sliders. The burgers were double-stacked with cheese and they were also steaming hot!🥵 Even the last burger was still steaming when you were eating it. Truly, an impressive performance, Nathan.🙌🙌❤️❤️😊

Really appropriate to not let your ego dictate the number and just "one more" so other non-eaters can attempt it. Another Michigan win and you are definitely the King Of Michigan food challenges Nathan.

Hi Nathan - When I think of sliders, I think of little wee hamburgers. The ones you ate were big and had two patties plus cheese and toppings. There aren't many people on this planet that could eat 9 in ten minutes. And there were super hot too... we could still see the steam rolling off the 9th one. Thanks for the video.

Even the last burger was still steaming! Nice for the food to still be hot the whole way through. They looked very juicy and tasty. Awesome job Nathan, and great on you for not doing more burgers even though you could to keep the challenge doable for others!

Those burgers looked absolutely delicious 😋😋😋😋 I'm hungry!! They made me think about Dunkin breakfast sausage sandwiches!! I ate my share of those years back. I don't like eggs so I had two breakfast sausage with cheese. * loved the bread but I can't spell it.

Record challenges are interesting. There’s always the question of whether you should push your limits, or be kind and keep it competitive. Nice of you to opt for the latter ☺️. Especially since, based on the Food Challenge Law of Diminishing Returns*, you could probably have managed roughly 20 “sliders” 😅. Great job and congratulations!!
Also not the biggest fan of burger challenges. Well. Technically I’m not the biggest fan of fry challenges with a side of burger. Same difference 😜

@@NathanKleinEats Yup! UK based. Food challenge scene in the UK isn’t as big as it is in the US, and we don’t really have any high-profile contests, but there are some big names and tasty challenges
