Hello what if the door doesn't have that lateral adjustment option. How to move it laterally? The hinge type that is fixed to only the hinge side of the door and the frame

We have just moved into a new house, there is a draught coming through the middle of the door seal. Looking from out side can see top and bottom of door is tightly against the seal but the middle there is a gap. Which do I need to ajust for the the compression? Thanks

I know it's for guidance, but I bet some people will actually try to adjust the height by turning the hex key back and forth as he is doing so not actually making any adjustments at all!
