- Welcome to a special edition of this series, today we have the 2021 Rimac Nevera VS The World! This car is a world beater, proving itself in the 1/4 mile on Carwow last week against the Ferrari SF90, doing the distance in 8.62 seconds. This record breaking hypercar will test its 1900 horsepower against a diverse range of the top Supercars & Hypercars from around the world to see how fast it really is on the 1/2 Mile drag strip. The real question is, how much does the Nevera beat its competition by? For £2,000,000 it should destroy them as this test also includes the 'value for money' aspect. The 2021 Rimac Nevera (Rimac Concept Two) produces 1914 horsepower from four powerful electric motors, produces 2360 NM of torque and weighs 1970 kilograms. It does 0-60 mph in 2.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 260 mph (420 km/h) It also completes the standing 1/4 mile in 8.62 seconds at 171 mph. - Hry

Funny thing is that people keep comparing the c_two and the nevera but they basically share 50-60% of the original design or components that ended up in the nevera

not only that that hoonicorn is fast but i watched that Rimac in real life that thing on a old dusty air port road did the 1/4 in 8.6 sec not saying anything but you have 1,400hp motor awd vs a 1900hp tesla on crack im assuming in real life the hoonicorn stands no chance!

yeah but in real life i dont think that stang is going to have the lead at all! you have to think about it the Rimac is a 1900hp Eletric which means it takes 0 sec to put the 1900 to the ground the stang aint doing that so 1400hp gear driving or a 1900hp eletric im taking the 1900 for the w! and the rimac is stock!

I have a Corvette C8 tune that runs at 7.8 seconds on the 1/4 mile, using AWD and a Twin Turbo Lambo V12 swap outputting 1,515 hrsprs. Less power sure, but also 1,200 lbs lighter.

this is not a nevera this is a concept from 3 years ago and there are a few big differences: no more 2 speeds cuz its faster with 1 speed, much beter cooling so it can hold that power much longer and a few other stuf that arent so important for a straight line
Maybe since the nevera isnt in the game, thwy had to make something called a replica😱😱😱 shocking right? also they could just launch it in 2nd gear🙄🙄🙄

Question: why tf do you drive in the first gear until 170? Just start at the 2nd gear, it saves time because there's not that much wheelspin and it has the same amount of power

@@reverse_dns2043 rpm works differently in electric vehicles and ice cars so you can't say that. By having the second gear there the rimac is able to hit higher top speeds and be more efficient by putting its power down to the ground better. Do you notice how a tesla model s p100d and a porsche taycan turbo s are about as fast as each other off the line but the taycan is faster in the top end? That's because the taycan has a second gear.
@@reverse_dns2043 the engine produces the same horsepower and same torque figure regardless of the gear it's in but it can be slower if power delivery starts to lack

Is there a way to get the Rimac without doing those damn season races? I don't play horizon 4 much and when I do it isn't online I prefer to just roam around or do the campaign. Can I buy the rimac with just credits?
