It’s lovely but wobbly - was there no way to fix that?
It’s attached by tongue and groove so simple fix with some glue 😎
Literally spraying the entire table with oven cleaner would have stripped it to that finish without all the scraping and doing.
Then after washing the table off if you want a lighter finish just spray bleach all over it.
Looked lovely though and well worth the price you paid.
Have you used oven cleaner before and not have to brush off the finish from crevices? Just curious 👀
You have to brush it over yes but the whole thing is a one and done to get it just stripped back and 3 shades lighter.
No need to re apply and wait hours in between and of course it's a spray application with oven cleaner so it's cuts out the making sure you get it brushed into every crevice etc.
It's down to personal choice I guess and time that your willing to spend on a item.
