Uncle Momo finding out that the 3rd member is Momo, and that she deserved it, that's the arc I need.
They're killing it, and I couldn't be a bigger fan. Suzaka is just a godly vocalist.
I found her about ten years ago. I remember being shocked when I heard her voice live. And today she was moved to hear her singing voice, now 25 years old. She became a better singer. Her name is Suu-chan（すぅちゃん）.
Vocal are very moving
The three girls in the chorus wearing white capes in the middle of the performance reminded me of the white costumes that BABYMETAL wore only once when they debuted. The back view of those 3 girls... Makes me cry 😭.

According to MOA, the recording of this song began more than five years ago. YUI was a member of the band at that time.
The three girls in the chorus wearing white capes that appear in the middle of the song may symbolize BABYMETAL at that time... In any case, the backs of the three girls.... Makes me cry.... 😭.
The three hooded figures are a tease for the upcoming announcement of a new third member on April 1st. The new member is likely to be Momoko, but it could also be Yui.
We already knew Su-metal was an incredible vocalist, but wow, she has really taken it to another level here. Su-metal is a quintessential professional; she's been doing this since she was 10 years old.
The third member will be revealed at the upcoming concerts at PIA Arena MM in Yokohama on April 1st and 2nd.
I think we all know what’s going to happen but it would be a shock if it’s turns out to be four members instead of three
@@UNCLEMOMO I feel like that is unlikely, as they tried having four performers on stage before in 2018 when Yui was unwell, and it didn't work very well. Three is the correct number of performers for Babymetal and I'm sure that's what they will return to.
What we heard was studio quality , without the studio interference.
Pure , raw , powerful and emotional. Sumetal has it all covered.

I've been so curious to hear Su sing something outside the context of metal and boy am I glad I found it. 😳🥹😭
interesting thing is that this song was actually did about 5 years ago and according to Su in an interview that what we interpret it as is not what was at that time. however she saw the comments and the different opinion of this song and she was surprised. however to me every song can be interpreted in a different way than the singer. i absolutely love this version because it shows how awesome Su is and Moa with her parts. Su is just a amazing singer and this proves it again. either way this song is interpreted it still has a positive message.

Nice reaction ... yes this was Su's and Moa's natural vocals with studio quality recording .... but unlike so many others BABYMETAL were historically always better singing live. They don't need any help from the producer in the recording studio to make them sound good, if anything their vocals were always over-processed and compressed in the studio recordings - it is one of the reasons most people recommend live versions of their songs to reactors.

Nice reaction. This stripped-down version of the song really shows how great the two of them work together. I wonder if they were really facing each other. Could be why Su kept looking up so much. One smirk from Moa could make any one mess up. Even Su. This shows again that Koba caught lightning in a bottle when he decided to pick Su as the lead for his passion project. Otherwise known as Babymetal. I would love to see an acoustic concert by Babymetal now. I think they're ready for it. A concert of emotional damage.
I have watched and reacted to a lot of artist on the first take and I can honest say. That was true mic professional pure quality
I'm just really glad whoever does their studio stuff didn't get their hands on it - not that it's ever bad per se but a lot seems to get lost somehow 😀

She's the only singer that's made me legit cry from a vocal performance. And not even because I'm sad, like - it's just beautiful. Moa and Momo are awesome too, and their harmonies aren't something to discount, but Su Metal is a generational talent. Her songs are so gorgeous.

This clip is getting attraction for new reactors and hopefully this new side of BM will get many more new fans.
Love this Piano version, last time we got a new version was The One - Stairway To Living Legend, another beautiful ballad.
The extra backing chorus dressed in white did a great a job, thou I'm not really sure who might be, maybe they're teasing the third new member? Momoko-Metal most likely.🍑OTFGK.

I don’t usually add comment, as videos speak for themselves. But as a babymetal fan, I have to add my interpretation on this performance/song and meaning. First question, what is the “monochrome firework”? Unfortunately it could be perceived as a bomb, or in this instance the atom bomb in WW2 when you take into account the reference to “rain” from the fallout that killed so many more people. I don’t want to put a negative interpretation but this amount of emotion from a performance comes from familial or personal retrospection experience. I have often wondered why this cut so deep with Su Metal but after listening to the feedback you mentioned in the first part of the video, the puzzle pieces fell into place. This is a historic and emotional song in levels that most people can’t interpret. If anything this gives a deeper meaning to the song and words, with the overall message that bombing and killing people never works, we have to see the colour through the monochrome of conflict.

Thanks for this reaction. Last time I checked the subtitles got added, but the description is still wrong, I think the people in charge of the channel are not aware of their mistake or (unlikely) Babymetal management didn't give them a text they needed if so more likely miscommunication.
Su-metal / Suzuka is an amazing singer. She is very consistent and delivers basically always (we've seen one show Russia in some what recent times where she was clearly sick had to take extra breaks between songs and had problems getting up when she had set herself down on the ground and and kept performing anyway, last show of a tour).
Babymetal took a break for over a year, the girls, now women, had been doing Babymetal for over 10 years, they deserved a big break for ones.
What does Suzuka do ? She said in an interview (and we kind of knew this, but not the extend), highlighting her love for singing:
"I song for 8 or 10 hours by myself [Karaoke] because I didn't have to worry about my throat".

I believe that Suzuka is that rare female vocalist who consistently sounds better LIVE than studio. And yes I agree with your comment on overproduced studio vocals (my personal gripe with much of BabyMetal’s studio recordings).
A good video to see Moa’s vocal chops is when Suzuka hands over the lead vocals during a performance of Headbanger to Moa on her 20th birthday. (Link below)
